GENERAL CONDITIONS

ACI incorporates 22 marinas of which 18 are open all year round while the remaining 4 marinas are opened in the season only.

ACI Umag, ACI Rovinj, ACI Pula, ACI Pomer, ACI Cres, ACI Opatija, ACI Supetarska Draga, ACI Simuni, ACI Jezera, ACI Tribunj, ACI Vodice, ACI Skradin, ACI Trogir, ACI Split, ACI Milna, ACI Vrboska, ACI Korčula and ACI Dubrovnik.

Tourist tax:

All guests sojourning in ACI marinas, whether using moorage on a daily or monthly bases, or storage on land on a daily or monthly bases, are obliged to pay a tourist tax during their stay in the marinas. The tourist tax is charged on a per day/per person bases in accordance with local regulations valid along the coast of Republic of Croatia.

Boat owner's having stipulated annual contracts on berth rental are obliged to pay the tourist tax for the contractual marina at the beginning of the year at a determined flat rate per boat. The cited tax is enforced by the government of Republic of Croatia and for the year 2000 amounts to KN 200. Upon payment of the tourist tax flat rate, the boat owner and other people sojourning on the boat are released from payment of daily tax fees in the contractual marina for the current calendar year. The paid tourist tax annual flat rate does not cover daily tax fees in other marinas and places in Croatia.

Regardless of whether the boat is moored or stored on land on daily, monthly or annual bases, standard consumption of water and electricity in ACI marinas is included in the price.

Water consumption for boat-washing purposes is charged extra.

All ACI marinas supply water and electricity on standard bases, except ACI marinas Žut, Piškera and Palmižana where daily consumption of water is limited to 100 litters per boat and where boat washing is not permitted.

Restrictions in supply of electricity or water shall not be considered as grounds for price reductions.

ACI CARD - SPECIAL BENEFITS FOR ACI CLUB MEMBERS

The ACI membership card (ACI Card) is granted explicitly to Boat owners who have stipulated an annual contract on berth or land storage place rental for one ACI marina. ACI Card holders, upon presentation of the ACI Card or the valid annual contract, are entitled to the following benefits:

• 10% discount on daily berth rates in all ACI marinas.
• 50% discount on daily berth rates in all ACI marinas outside the season (from October 1^st till March 15^th)
• 50% discount on daily and monthly land storage rates are granted to holders of annual berth contracts in their contractual ACI marina
• 3 days land storage/mooring berth free of charge within the contract period
• 10% discount on all bills, amounting at least KN 200, issued by ACI marinas' restaurants
• 30% discount on Croatia Airlines airfares for an unlimited number of flights to Pula, Zadar, Split, Brač, Dubrovnik, during the contract period
• 50% discount on Croatia Airlines airfares for flights to Pula, Zadar, Split, Brač or Dubrovnik, once a year (except in July and August)

BENEFITS FOR ADAC AND ÖAMTC MEMBERS

Based on mutual cooperation contracts signed with ADAC and ÖAMTC, members of those clubs, upon presentation of an appropriate membership card and a valid vessel's certificate issued by ADAC or ÖAMTC, are entitled to the following benefits:

• 10% discount on daily berth and land storage rates in all ACI marinas
• 5% discount on annual berth and land storage rates, providing the requested vessel's certificate is valid on the date of contract signature.
• 20% discount on daily and annual berth as well as land storage rates in ACI marinas Dubrovnik and Korčula

BENEFITS FOR REGATTA ORGANISERS

Regatta participants are granted a 50% discount on daily berth rates in ACI marinas, depending on availability of free capacities, and providing the following requirements are fulfilled:

• The official regatta organizer has to be a sailing club registered in Croatia
• The regatta must be included in the Regatta Calendar issued by the Croatian Sailing Federation
• The notice of race and a list of at least 10 participants must be submitted not later than 15 days prior to the event.

The Price List includes all nautical services rendered by ACI marinas and is effective from January 1^st 2013. Prices are in DM (Deutsche Marks) and include a 22% Value Added Tax. ACI reserves the right to change the Price List without prior notice.

This Price List contains separate tables for daily, monthly and annual fees for mooring berths and land storage places. All prices are based on the vessel's length over all (L. o. a.). Exception is made in case of annual berth prices, where the price is determined by the vessel's width as well. ACI reserves the right to check the reported dimensions of the vessel.

For multi-hull vessels (catamarans and trimarans) the fees may be increased by 50%, depending on availability of free capacities in the chosen ACI marina.

Note:

The paid daily berth rental fee covers the expenses till 2 p.m. next day. From 2 p.m. the berth rental fee for another day is charged.

Berth rental service on monthly bases is rendered, depending on the availability of each particular marina, as follows:

• during the whole year in ACI marinas Umag, Cres and Dubrovnik
• in the period from September 1^st till June 30^th (the months July and August excluded) in ACI marinas Rovinj, Pula, Pomer, Opatija, Supetarska Draga, Šimuni, Jezera, Tribunj, Vodice, Skradin, Trogir, Split, Milna, Vrboska and Korčula
• in the seasonal ACI marina Rab (months July and August excluded)

Notes:

Holders of annual land storage contracts, during the contract period are entitled to use monthly berth rental service in their contractual ACI marina even in July and August.

No discounts are applied to berth rental fees on monthly bases.

Boat owners are granted the possibility to stipulate annual contracts combining both berth and land storage rental, depending on the availability of free capacities in the chosen ACI marina. Combined annual contracts are stipulated in accordance with the usual contract conditions for annual contracts, while the boat owner has to decide how many months of the contract period he will use a mooring berth and how many months a land storage place. The price for such contract is always calculated based on monthly rental fees. Owners of combined berth and land storage contracts are entitled to receive the ACI membership Card and are granted the same benefits as other contract owners.
