Captain:                        Adelfoulakos George, Greek nationality, married.

He is 51 years old. He has a large sailing experience of over 40 years in the sea. Although it sounds extremely peculiar he has started his career very early, at the age of 11, sailing along with his father. He has been employed in this yacht for the last 4 years. He has never had any accident or loss, which surely proves his capability. He is a very interesting person who has made sailing his life.

He speaks English very well. 

 

Engineer:                      Mammas John, Greek nationality and 42 years old, married.

John is a professional engineer, and has been working on board ONYX for the last 5 years. During his free time he teaches sailing, water ski and windsurf. He loves teaching and he is always glad to teach his client. He has a very charming personality and is always very polite and pleasant to his guests.

 

Steward:                       Mammis Zafiris 32 years old, Greek nationality, he has worked for 3 years on cargo ships, and has been on ONYX for the past 3 years. He is passionate with seawater activities and a licensed driver for water skiing. He has good knowledge of English, Russian and Italian.  He is the only bachelor among the crew.

 

Chef:                             Panagiotou Dimitris, 42 years of age, married. Dimitris of Greek origin. His love for the sea and sailing turned him to yachting. Dimitris will cater for high quality Greek/ Mediterranean, Italian, Chinese and international cuisine on board ONYX, arrange your selection of fine wines and will tailor the menu to your desire and requirements. He will organize a barbecue on a sandy beach, or on board with fresh ingredients, being provided by the captain, or the steward that usually dive and come on to the surface with delicious fish or oysters.   Dimitris speaks English fluently.
