Captain:                     Theodoros Monios, 54 years of age, holds a Captain’s diploma since 1977. He has worked as a Captain on cargo vessels for 11 years and as a captain on motor yachts for the last 10 years. He carries all the necessary certificates for safety at sea. He speaks English fluently and conversational Spanish. He is married and has two children.

 

Chief Engineer:        Pavlos Stavropoulos, 46 years of age, born in Athens - Greece, graduate of the Onassis Naval Academy, worked 10 years on Yachts 30-36 meters long. Has 3^rd class Degree of Engineering. Languages: English.

 

Chef:                          Remy Pautonnier, 51 years of age, born in France, graduate of "Ecole de Vichy" school of Chefs, with Diploma of Beaux Arts, worked for many years in restaurants as well as sailing and motor yachts all over Europe. Cuisine: French, Greek, Italian and International. Languages: French, English, Greek.

                                   

Steward:                   Pascale Pautonnier, 38 years of age, born in France. She is actually Mr Remy Pautonnier’s (chef) wife. She has been escorting her husband and working in yachts for several years. She speaks English and French.

 

Assistant Steward: Popi,  37 years of age, born in Greece. She has been employed on SIRIUS for the last year. 3 years experience in yachts.

 

Bossun:                     Vagellis Papapasxos, 31 years of age, born in the island of Lefkada, worked for 10 years on the yachts JASON, POLIDEFKIS, POLENA, NIKOLAS, LYKTOS II. Languages: English.

 

Sailor:                        Stavros Papadopoulos, 27 years of age, born in Athens, worked for 7 years on professional and private yachts.
