45°59'.6N 14°48'.2E Charts BA 2779, MK 7, lmray M24 Uvala Mala Luka is a well-sheltered inlet, almost landlocked, which is situated near the southeast corner of Otok Krk, about 1.4M west of the island of Zecevo. 0. Zecevo and two above-water rocks, about 3 cables NW of the entrance and close inshore, help locate Uvala Mala Luka. Beware of the shallow bank with just 1 .8m over it, which extends off the W shore of 0. Zecevo. The Admiralty Pilot recommends Uvala Mala Luka for its shelter, particularly during the bora. Unfortunately, the bottom of the inlet is mainly rock, with only a few patches of sand. If you intend staying here it may be advisable to buoy the anchor, and take a line ashore to help prevent the cable snagging. The bay is deserted today, but shows signs of having been terraced and cultivated in the past. Uvala Vela Luka
