Luka Prozura

42°43"8N 17°39"2E Charts BA 1580, SC 5767, MK 24, 25, lmray M26 Luka Prozura is an attractive bay with a few holiday homes around it. The main village is up on the ridge behind the cove.
Approach
Prozura can be identified by the islands lying off its entrance. The safest approach is to pass to the W of 0. Borovac (see plan) and steer S into the anchorage. Approach to Prozura -West _,---------------- @ 0 0 GaliCnjak+ Approach to Prozura -East The approach to Luka Profora, Otok Mljet, viewed from NE of 0. Borovac If approaching from Luka Okuklje beware of the shoal patch extending NE from Rt Maharac. There are no navigational lights. Anchor Anchor in the centre of the bay in 5m. The bottom is sand and weed, good holding.
Shelter
Although the anchorage is protected to some extent from N by the off-lying islands, strong NW, N and NE winds send in a swell. Good shelter from all other directions.
Facilities
There is a small cafe/bar ashore where it is possible to obtain water. Restaurant with moorings. Okuklje
