44°36'.9N 14°30'.6E Charts BA 202, MK 8, lmray M24 Luka JadrisCica is a long inlet cutting NW into the S coast of Otok Cres. The hamlet of Pogana is located on the shores of a small cove on the E side of Luka Jadriscica. There are a number of dangers in the approach to this part of Otok Cres. If approaching from S or SE beware of the extensive (SM long) area of shoals and islets, Plitvac Palacol. There are shoals and rocks off the headlands along this S shore of Otok Cres. In particular, beware of a shoal area with depths of 4.7m up to 4 cables off Rt Suha and up to 5 cables S of the W headland at the entrance to Luka JadrisCica. Consult the chart for the exact location of these and other dangers in the area. The quay at Pogana in Luka JadrisCica Anchor in the N part of the inlet in 2-6m. The bottom is sand and weed and the holding is good. It is also possible to secure bow or stern-to the S pier at the village. There is a F.G light on the end of this pier. Luka JadrisCica offers good shelter from all directions although some swell penetrates in SE (sirocco) winds. The village of Pogana consists mainly of holiday homes. The only facilities are a restaurant, and a shop at the (naturist) campsite. Water is available from the campsite. Uvala Martinscica (in the Losinjski Kanai)
