Not our idea of a beach. Pebbled/ shingle, however, it's the closest you will get to a beach. It's sea, your on holiday. Why not. It's very clean, lots of showers for when your done.
Constructions at Znjan beach, as everyone is saying, kinda spoil the fun. Our uber dropped us next to the Tommy's. As a result, we walked in the scorching heat for 10 to 15 mins depending on our pace towards the city beach part of it and beyond to get away from the construction noise and dust. That was the only down part of visiting this beach. Otherwise, after reaching the club part, we loved the beach, the beds, and the water. It is a pebble beach but not small pebbles, so it was good to walk on and we had water shoes on, so that helped in the heat. Highly recommended to wear one in these pebble beaches. The water was clean and very clear, much better than Kasunji beach. The sunbeds cost 35 euros per bed and 45 for the enclosed ones. The food was a bit expensive at the club, almost everything was priced 18 to 20 euros. We carried some food with us so ordered only two plates of fries and a plate of vegetarian sushi for our kid which were really good fries and sushi and cost us 38 euros. We loved the time there and would like to be back soon. Hopefully, next time, there won't be construction and no long walks to the beach.
You can safely prefer the part of the beach right next to Mistral restaurant. Water is very clean. There are 2 showers and many umbrellas, all for free. Parking is also free along the way, but you need to go early to find a proper parking spot. Split-Dalmatia
