Amazing Hidden Gem Perfect for Relaxing and Snorkeling! We visited the Water Museum near Marina during our Croatia vacation and absolutely loved it! The bay there is stunning ...crystal clear, clean water and a wellkept, peaceful area. Everything was tidy and modern, and there’s even a cozy beach bar with great atmosphere. When we arrived with our rental boat, the owner personally came out with a small dinghy to pick us up and bring us to the beach, since private boats aren’t allowed to drive into the bay itself, probably because lots of people go there for snorkeling and diving. It was such a warm and friendly welcome, we immediately felt comfortable. The staff was super kind and helpful the whole time. They offer delicious and affordable cocktails, and you can use the comfortable beach loungers for free ...they’re all included in the entrance fee. There are clean toilets, showers, and everything else you might need for a perfect beach day. For the new season, they even plan to open a restaurant, but honestly, even now there’s everything you could want. If you love snorkeling, you’ll definitely enjoy the underwater statues and even a small airplane wreck to explore! The underwater museum was breathtaking. There was a wrecked plane underwater and statues depicting the stages of the cross. The 9 metre statue of Jesus underwater was amazing. Beverages are available and reasonably priced. The cherry on top was the huge slide that never gets old. Highly recommended to any tourist looking for a nice swim and an unforgettable experience.
