beautiful environment and water, it's a nudist beach, but most people wear swimsuits anyway. One man didn't like it, so he started arguing with us and another couple that we should take off our clothes, I thought it was absurd.
This is a nude beach! DIRECTIONS We walked from Selce but didn't know where the entrance to the path was. Do NOT take the stairs at the end of the beach, instead take the stairs to the left of Old Sailor House. The other path was very adventurous and did not feel that safe. You need proper footwear (no sandals/thongs!). This is a serious walk!
Most peaceful and quiet beach in Selce. Not crowded and beautiful. It is an FKK beach, but during the day people are mixed. Best time is between 7 and 10 in the morning. :) It is a pebble beach, water shoes are not necessarily needed, but if you have sensitive feet, better to take them. Very good part for snorkeling, lots of fish on both sides where it is rocky. No shade at all after 10 a.m., unless you rent one of the private areas from the owner who is there every day. To get there you need to do a 15 minute hike in the woods (or reach it on water). Footpath starts at the bottom of Jesenova street, where is makes a turn to the right (there is a gate to the camping site just 20 meters further on on the road). On the path after 25 meters make a right turn, after that always take the left (good footwear is recommended, but not impossible even in flip-flops; however, be careful). Alternatively you can reach it from the Old Sailor House (shown as Ice cream house Uvala Slana on the map, Eastern-most bay in Selce); there are stairs just to the left of the building, always go straight.
