5-Star Review for Tavern Peruka, Vis Can’t get better than this. Tavern Peruka is a hidden gem located on one of the most stunning beaches in the world — pure paradise. We were lucky to visit in early May when it wasn’t crowded, and the peaceful setting made the experience unforgettable. The staff were absolutely fantastic, welcoming and attentive, and really looked after us throughout. The whole vibe is simple: swim, eat, swim again, and just soak in the breathtaking natural beauty all around. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay all day. Getting there isn’t the easiest — it took us about 2 hours by catamaran — but it’s 100% worth the journey. As we were getting ready to head back, they even made me a fresh coffee, which was such a thoughtful touch. Truly a special spot — don’t miss it if you’re lucky enough to reach it!
Excellent little restaurant in the most beautiful of Vis' many beaches. There were 2 choices for dinner, either meat or fish, which included a starter and a main course. We went with the fish which was great and you really can't beat the location, which is just stunning. You need to book early in the day as they have limited supplies each day. The staff are lovely too. I can't recommend this place more highly.
Beautiful place of nature here in Vis and for me a must-visit when you are visiting Croatia. Try to beat the crowds, because there are many of them. We arrived at the parking in the early noon, late morning and hiked down. This hike is doable, but do not try this on flipflops or sandals: wear proper and closed shoes. I do not recommend doing this with small children. Many people choose to arrive by tourist boat. For me this is not worth the price and far less charming.
Amazing place and a must to visit while on this island. Great and friendly service. Downside is that location is very hard to reach - you need to take a boat ride from some of nearby locations, or to go on foot, well prepared and hydrated. Walk takes around 30 minutes in one way.
