Beach is still lovely. It's just a shame that there are so many new apartments and villas being built in the area. Also, the two restaurants that we have used for the last 18 years have had to stop serving breakfast as they have either changed ownership or simply can't get the staff. Saying all that, it's still one of the best beaches to visit and spend the day swimming in the beautiful crystal clear sea.
Lovely beach with plenty of space and gently sloping waterfront. Easy access from the road with easy parking depending on the time of day. Paddle board and Kayak rental is also available. Small selection of good restaurants just by the beach. Only issue is the access road is easily missed when coming from Dubrovnik direction.
Not the best beach so I wouldn't go out of my way to go there, but it was great for us as our hotel was right next door. Make sure to wear footwear at all times! The rocks can cause cuts, and it did happen to people around us, but with proper shoes it's a great spot to go for a swim, sunbathe or have a bite as there are a couple of restaurants nearby.
Stayed here for a week. Our apartment was was nice and had great views though we didn't spend much time in it. At reception we could pay for a return trip into the city of Dubrovnik itself which was pretty cheap. It was ran by the complex itself who used private cars and drivers. We walked round the bay one day and it was great, you can see hire boats and kayaks to go out yourself. Very enjoyable visit. Lovely locals and beach side restaurants. Dubrovnik-Neretva
