A real hidden gem that we had all to ourselves for the morning (beginning of June). Drove on a moped from Vis port and the route was very scenic. Getting closer to the destination was a bit sketchy on a ped as it was a dirt road with lots of loose rocks which made for a slightly uncomfortable journey but definitely worth it for the beach. The water was crystal clear and very refreshing. On the way back up you can see Italy in the distance on a clear day (last photo). A must see when visiting Vis Island 🩵
Awesome pebble beach with turquoise see, one of my favourites on Vis. And it is not crowded, so you can have it for yourself with a little bit of luck. Accessible with car although the road is not the best. Park along the road after last right turn because last part of road is steep and very bad. No bar or restaurant at the beach so bring food / drink. 1
Paradise. 15 min on dirt road totally worth it. Clean sea, perfect view and beautiful rocks/caves. Also, there is nearby hidden bay just few minutes of swimming. Pure nature, no restaurants so bring ur own water/food.
Unlike Stiniva, this is a quiet beach, but equally amazing. No restaurant, here and there a few smaller boats coming for a short snorkeling experience, otherwise just a few people. We were 8-10 on the beach, not more. Clear water, picturesque rocks descending into the sea, with two small caves. Don’t be afraid of the tarmac (unpaved) road from the D17 to the beach - about 15 minutes of slow driving, but quite wide road if you meet another car in the opposite direction. Parking space at the end of the road is sufficient. Until 2 pm some shade provided by the rocks/trees/buildings. Split-Dalmatia
