An ideal beach for families with small children and also the only one on the island of Krk with natural sand. Secured parking for a fee of 3 euros for the whole day. Access to the beach by dogs is prohibited, but 2 km towards Vrbnik there is a Javno beach where it is allowed. They have four cafes/restaurants by the beach that offer food, drinks and ice cream. There is not much shade, but there is the possibility of renting sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as pedal boats and jet-ski.

The beach in Risika is great you can find beach with almost no people around but have in mind on the part from Risika sv.Marak to Vrbnik there are many underground fresh water come in the sea. There are many underwater caves don't go in the water can have only +2 Celsius. The water is crystal clear I love this place Primorje-Gorski Kotar
