If you're reading my review, trust me, just proceed with your booking. In my opinion, it is one of the best hotels in the whole Europe, if you take into consideration the location, the quality of service, the view, and the food, not mention the very reasonable room rates. The value for the money is excellent. It is hidden in the woods. The location is perfect, almost 20 min driving to Dubrovnik center, and few minutes walking to the Cavtat village which contains a lot of restaurants over the sea. It's almost 1.5 - 2 hrs driving to Kotor and Tivat ( Montenegro). The room is spacious and sparkling clean. The balcony is spacious as well, with stunning, panoramic views on the sea. The hotel has everything you need for a perfect holiday. A beach (rocks) , excellent food, spa, kids' playground, swimming pools, and tours to Montenegro and Bosnia. The breakfast is good with wide varieties however it closes at 10:30 which is a bit early if you want to enjoy some sleep during your holiday. I liked the active lobby during the evenings with live piano music. The staff are professional and kind. There is free car parking with golf cars that can take you to the parking and the village. It was a perfect stay, I'd give it a 5 out of 5. However, I had issues with the AC. The room was too warm for me, and there was no cold AC as we were in late April. The lowest temperature in the room I can get was 22-23, which is a bit warm for me, and i could not sleep well. The only choice was to open the windows and suffer the sea waves noise. They told me that AC is central and they can not change it to cool mode as some clients were complaining. They promised me a portable fan , however, I never saw it 😅😅 That was the only complaint.
