Pomer Beach, Croatia
Beach character
The beach's pebble composition creates a unique texture underfoot, with some reviewers noting the need for water shoes due to pointy rocks in deeper areas. The seabed is covered with medium-sized pebbles, which may not be ideal for those with sensitive feet. Despite this, the beach is described as clean, with a 'good' cleanliness index. The smooth gradient into the water ensures easy access for swimmers of all abilities. Natural shade from pine trees is a notable feature, though sunbeds are available for those seeking additional comfort. The beach is accessible via Pomer ščuza 108/b, with free parking reported by visitors, though early arrival is recommended to secure a spot.Swimming and shore
Swimming conditions are generally safe, with the water depth increasing gradually. The beach is suitable for families, though the pebble and rocky terrain may require caution. Kayaking and water entertainment activities are available, with some visitors recommending the Windsurfing Centar Pomer for lessons and equipment rental. The beach is not noted for clear, turquoise waters, but the cleanliness of the sea is a consistent point of praise among reviewers. The nearby glamping area and beach bar (mentioned in reviews) offer additional options for relaxation and dining.Facilities and activities

Reviews
Nice place, easy parking but be there before 10:00 tó hét a good place
Great! Loved the beach bar...& totally chilled, relaxed vibe. Fantastic glamping area. Great for all ages, natural shade from pine trees, also sun beds available. joost karsten
Great spot. Free sunbeds, toilets and showers. To be totally honest, we did not stay at the nearby glamping. We compensated this by sponsering everything around us. We recommend visiting Illy Caffè for good coffee, Beach Bar Green for excellent lunch and Windsurfing Centar Pomer for surf lessons/rental. We will probably return here when we have children to have a stay at the glamping.
My family and I had a great time here. Not the best beach ever, but it has everything one needs. Restrooms, small playground, changing “room”, free parking around the area, small buffet with coffee, snacks, ice cream, etc. Water sports opportunities also available, the water is clean, though not turquoise. This is a pebble beach, but after a few meters of entering the water, there will be bigger rocks and some are pointy, so water shoes are highly recommended.
