Description

Although planned for 2014, there were still no mooring lines on the new pier in the north-eastern part of the bay in October 2014. According to the harbour master, however, this should happen in 2015... As anchoring in the harbor basin is prohibited, yachts moor alongside the inner part of the new pier. During the season, small packets then form. The outside of the pier is to be kept free for excursion boats. Water and electricity are available. The new pier has a depth of 2 meters on the inside and 6 meters at the end. The berths on the older, more south-westerly pier are only approx. 2 meters deep. Mooring lines, electricity and water are also available there. However, you will need a long power cable or water hose. Sanitary facilities are located on the road towards the hotel, just 50 meters behind the post office. However, the small building is only open from 15.04. to 15.09.. Use is free of charge. The harbor is unsafe when the Jugo is strong. Generally speaking, it is better to lie on the shallower south-west side in jugo, but the new pier is the better choice in bora. With southerly and south-easterly winds, there is a strong swell in the harbor. There are a few restaurants and a small supermarket in the small resort, which also sells fresh bread every day.
